  • Alexander Bakos

    Alexander Bakos<br>Physiotherapist

    Alexander is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist who recently joined the Advantage Allied Health team. With a strong background in both cardiac physiology and physiotherapy, Alex brings a wealth of clinical experience and a patient-centered approach to every session.

    He completed his Master of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University of Technology, following a Bachelor of Health Science (Professional Biomedical Sciences). Alongside his studies, Alex gained over five years of clinical experience at Austin Health, working as a Cardiac Physiologist and Trainee Scientist, further strengthening his knowledge in complex health care settings.

    A proud Collingwood supporter, Alex’s love for football is matched by his enthusiasm for helping people move and feel better. Outside of the clinic, you'll find him kicking the footy or cheering on the Pies.

    Alex is committed to empowering his clients to achieve their goals and is excited to make a positive difference with the Advantage Allied Health community.

    Zoe Komp<br>Physiotherapist

    Zoe is a passionate physiotherapist who works across multiple clinical settings with Advantage Allied Health, including private practice, aged care, and disability services. She graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice and has built a strong reputation for her caring, patient-focused approach.

    Zoe has a special interest in Women's Pelvic Health and is currently expanding her expertise by undertaking postgraduate qualifications with the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). She is committed to providing personalised, evidence-based care and believes strongly in empowering her patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.

    Outside of the clinic, Zoe is a proud chocolate enthusiast and enjoys any activity that involves a sweet treat!

  • Seeba Nair

    Seeba Nair<br>Podiatrist

    Seeba is a passionate podiatrist with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Podiatric Practice from La Trobe University. She has a keen interest in diabetes-related foot care, general skin and nail care, and orthotic therapy.

    Seeba is dedicated to patient-centred care and values educating her patients to help them maintain healthy, pain-free feet. She stays current with the latest research to deliver evidence-based treatment tailored to individual goals.

    Outside the clinic, Seeba enjoys spending time with family, reading, watching movies, and exploring new places. She also speaks Hindi, Marathi, and Malayalam.

  • Daniel Licciardi<br>Physiotherapist

    Daniel graduated from Bond University in Queensland with a Doctorate of Physiotherapy, after completing a degree in Human Movement at RMIT. With over 10 years of experience across all aspects of physiotherapy, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and a personalised approach to patient care.

    He has a strong background in strength and conditioning, having completed an internship at Essendon Football Club as an Exercise Scientist, and specialises in helping athletes safely return to sport following injury.

    Outside of work, Daniel is a passionate Richmond and Liverpool supporter, and enjoys basketball, soccer, and cricket. He also coaches his son’s junior football team and loves spending time with his two young boys and travelling.

    Kirra is an experienced Osteopath with a passion for aged care and helping individuals achieve their health and mobility goals. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) from RMIT University, and has additional training in Pilates rehabilitation and dementia care. Kirra has worked in private practice, instructed Pilates classes, and provided allied health services within residential aged care. She also brings valuable insight from her role as an Aged Care Quality Assessor, supporting high standards of care across the sector. Kirra is committed to person-centred, evidence-based treatment that enhances function, independence, and quality of life.

Sarah brings experience in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on active rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, she enjoys cheerleading and is a devoted Taylor Swift fan—bringing quiet enthusiasm and warmth to everything she does.

She has a warm, compassionate approach and works collaboratively with care teams, families, and other health professionals to deliver holistic care.     Sandra is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist who takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to nutrition and health. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Master of Dietetics, and is passionate about helping clients improve their wellbeing through tailored dietary and lifestyle strategies. Sandra has a wide range of clinical interests, including weight management, diabetes, heart health, digestive conditions (IBS, coeliac), women’s health, fertility, thyroid function, and mental wellbeing. She is dedicated to supporting her clients with compassion, education, and a focus on long-term, sustainable outcomes.

    Jihan El Sokkary<br>Physiotherapist

    Jihan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive international experience and a strong focus on holistic, patient-centred care. She completed her doctoral studies at the University of Montana with a major in Rehabilitation Administration and is a Registered Physiotherapist and ABA Therapist licensed in the Philippines, UAE, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia.

    Jihan specialises in Pelvic Floor Therapy and Pediatric Rehabilitation, combining clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of the behavioural and emotional factors that influence recovery. She is passionate about empowering patients through active participation in their treatment journey, aiming to promote sustainable health outcomes and improve overall quality of life.
